General inspection where they didn't do a single bit of their job:
I went to Tersa for a general inspection and oil change. After I asked for a general inspection, they told me the car had no problems, changed the oil (which I'm not even sure they did), and adjusted the tire pressure. Two weeks later, the brakes started making a metal-on-metal noise. They were completely worn out. The car started making noises, and I had to take it to another shop. In short, they did absolutely nothing except adjust the tire pressure. I was ripped off! And finally, after this, I tried to call them and get their phone number, but they didn't answer. NEVER go to this place if you don't want to pay for a repair. I had to take the car to another shop.

Terrible! Incredible response to the problem!
After rotation, alignment, and balancing, the truck is pulling sideways… obviously misaligned.
The incredible response: “The machine says it's fine; well, that's how it ended up, no way.”
What the hell!!
Now we have to pay somewhere else to fix what they did wrong.

Everything was going well until I brought my truck to you. The alignment was horrible. I haven't had the steering wheel aligned since my visit, and you justified your poor work the entire time.
