Be careful. In my case, I called to ask about Primacy 4 tires, and when I got there, they put on "Energy" tires, claiming I hadn't mentioned the Primacy 4. What could I do? Nothing. So I had to take what they gave me, and the tires were just as expensive but with fewer benefits. The service was quick and good, but they gave me what they wanted, not what I wanted. So be careful, ask for a written quote before doing anything else.

Excellent customer service. Very quick response, and the service was delivered in a timely manner. Very pleasant and attentive, especially Fernando, who followed up.
You can pay in installments without interest, which is very good, and they have better prices on tires and shock absorbers than other places I looked.

They inflate prices and didn't honor the installation services they had promised me the day before. I absolutely do not recommend them; I won't be back. There are better places with better service. The guy at the desk (Luis) is arrogant and completely unprofessional. You're better off buying your tires elsewhere; you'll save more money. They sold me a cheaper tire model at the price of a more expensive one. I'm going to take legal action anyway.

Be careful with card payments. I bought tires and the next day I had a food charge... even though the card I use is a corporate card and is only for vehicle maintenance.
