Excellent service.
Their prices are a little higher compared to other places, but the service and attention make up for it.
They respect appointment times. At each visit, they inspect and diagnose the car, and they give you a form indicating what's missing.
They're honest; if you request a service and the car doesn't need it, they'll let you know.
It's a clean place, their waiting room is comfortable and pleasant, and they even give you water or soda while you wait.

Terrible service. The mechanics get into the cars with dirty hands and clothes, leaving my steering wheel covered in grease.

The best after-sales service when purchasing your tires. They offer a puncture repair guarantee for the entire useful life of your tires, as long as it is on the rolling surface. They also fill your new tires with nitrogen and you can have your car pressure leveled once a month. Excellent option for Michelin tires.

Good service, although there's usually room for improvement. More staff to cover for unforeseen absences, better staff training in administrative matters, to complete the requested service: collections. Credit cards are accepted.
