It took them a long time to change my tires. I bought a Pilot Sport, and they had to bring another one from a sister store, and when it arrived, they only put that one and 3 Primacy tires on. I noticed it upon delivery, and they had to replace them again. Unfortunately, my rims also had scratches. In my case, I wouldn't go to them again. They didn't take much care with the rims. Plus, when I got home, one wheel had already come off, and it looks like they'd pry off a rim flange, and now air is leaking from there. Terrible.
