Excellent service! I ordered my tires online and received great service. They were quick and very friendly, and have an air-conditioned waiting area. I recommend messaging them before going, as it's a small place, so it's more convenient.

I bought my tires online, and they were ready the next day. A friendly representative spoke to me to inform me and schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they already had my tires ready, and the change was done in 15 minutes. The service was fast and efficient.

The staff was misinformed about when they could install the tires based on my payment method, so I had to wait another day and make a pointless trip.
Furthermore, they did the wheel balancing incorrectly. There was a lot of vibration in the steering, which wasn't there before the tire change. I had to get the wheels balanced at another shop on a trip out of town.

POOR SERVICE:
I request your support with the status of a refund. I have been checking to request a refund since January 9, 2024, but the date has not yet been set. I have checked multiple times, and they only tell me it is available in 3 days, then in a week. They have kept coming back, and it has not been set yet.

Bad after-sales experience. They waste your time by having limited staff. It's no use having multiple ramps if they can only service one car at a time, even though they've been notified of the time it will arrive.
