I went to this place after checking the reviews and believing it was very good due to its high rating and positive comments.
Everything was going well. I went in for tire changes and an alignment, and then I saw a tune-up package. They explained the process to me in a friendly and detailed manner, which gave me confidence to have both services done. The problem arose later when I went to pick up the car. They told me I practically needed to replace most of the suspension parts, and on top of that, they couldn't align the car. The total cost to supposedly get it 100% fixed was 16,000. I asked them to show me the problems, but the mechanic told me something different. At that moment, the advisor arrived and told us that everything needed to be replaced, and the mechanic had to stay quiet. In the end, we demanded that they not charge us for the alignment because they didn't want to do it; they wanted to charge us for it and then do the rest within 15 days. Leaving there, I went to another place, they aligned it, and told us that it didn't need all the replacements mentioned.
