BEWARE: This company is deceptive with its promotions and offers because it changes its terms without notice. For example, I made two tire purchases, and one of their offers was that they could patch the tires for the entire lifespan of the tires, as well as rotate them, free of charge, just by presenting the proof of purchase. They patched them for me last year when I bought my tires. Today, I took one tire in for patching, and they told me they had changed their policy and that if I didn't have a policy, they couldn't do the patching. I explained that they didn't provide one when I bought the tires, and they said they had changed it and couldn't provide the service. They told me that if I wanted the patch, they would charge me 400 pesos! Be careful when buying tires here. Look for signatures, witnesses, and recordings, and see if they honor their claims. Or just don't believe them. What they do is a LIE. BEWARE

Terrible service and response. At the beginning of the month, on November 6th, I bought and had two tires installed. First, they made a noise. I contacted the salesperson, who told me to contact the manager. He told me to come back so they could check it. They said they checked it, but they had to take it apart and didn't have time; they told me to come back the next day. I lost that day and the following days because I couldn't use my vehicle for safety reasons. Second, they damaged the paint on my car's trunk. I immediately told the salesperson and the person who helped me, and they said they would check the security cameras. After insisting twice in 15 days, they didn't give me an answer, until finally, and coincidentally, they weren't recording that day. To this day, they haven't given me any answers about the damage to my car. I didn't go back because of the poor installation; I didn't trust them to damage something else. I had to take it to a mechanic I trust to have it fixed. The people who were "helping" me are Fernando Guadarrama, Diego Valdez, Jorge Cabrales, and Jorge Galarza... I'm still waiting for them to give me a solution, but don't go...

Excellent service. I went to get my four tires replaced. They offered me several options, and I went with the most convenient one, and they installed it in about an hour total. With computerized tire alignment. The salesperson who helped me is an incredible salesperson. He inspires confidence and makes you feel like your money is well spent, unlike others who make you feel like they're doing you a favor.

Especiales, no te ponen llantas, si no las compras ahí, tampoco balanceo si no compras las llantas ahí. No tienen ganas de vender. Jajaja . 🤣 , Es negocio deben sacar provecho al equipo que tienen. Muy mal ahí.
