On Saturday, August 16, 2025, I went to this branch. My experience at this location had been good up until that day, since I had only bought tires and took them to be mounted elsewhere. The purchasing experience is good, however, on the Saturday I mentioned, I took my car to have a tire that had a screw fixed. I lost time, trust, and money because I trusted the support of the reviews and the branch manager. He assured me and guaranteed that my tire would be fine. However, the reality was totally the opposite. His worker ruined my $3,200 peso tire that was only 5 months old. Without further ado, he ruined it (photo) by extremely scraping the inside of the tire. He applied the patch twice, but both times he did it wrong, causing an air leak. The manager only deigned to say that I needed a new tire, just to be on the safe side. What catches my attention here is how they can ruin a tire and then completely disclaim responsibility, just like that, and recommend spending another 3,200 pesos on a new tire. I also noticed that the mechanic has no service attitude; he doesn't take any care when handling the car parts. I even noticed that they do it angrily. Two days later, I realized that he had damaged the edges of the rim and chipped the paint. It's clear that they don't care about their customers' property. I know the worker won't fix anything for me and that the company won't take responsibility, but the only thing I can do is share my experience with customers. They should be aware of the risk they expose their cars to when visiting this branch. I recommend only buying tires, not mechanical service. In fact, buy from the official Michelin website on the Mercado Libre (Free Market), where they have better deals and can avoid unpleasant experiences.

Although it's not close to me, it's definitely the best place to avoid scams or unprofessional people.
